DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PAUL LONG!!!!! He is a liar! He tells you he can get you a better deal than going through Comcast directly but that is bs! Then he canceled my order and did NOT INFORM ME OF THE CANCELLATION!!!! Instead, the day of my supposed installation, 2 days later, he did not show up and then claimed that he called and it went straight to voicemail. BULLSH*t! If you don't get ahold of the customer the one time you supposedly "called" then TRY AGAIN UNTIL YOU GET AHOLD OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is unprofessional and a lying b*tch!
